What does a company need to prepare to file their Annual Return?

Singapore-incorporated companies need to prepare the following financial statements: Report of Director, Statement by Directors, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Change in Equity, Statement of Cash Flow, and Notes to the Financial Statements. Companies must also hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the statements must be presented at the meeting. The Annual Return must be filed with the Registrar within 30 days after the AGM.
