How to place an order?
Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the service you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you, click the green bar to see its price or package detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Add the Items to Your Shopping Basket
If you want to order an item from VO+ click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket, keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the at the top of every page of our website.
Proceed to Checkout
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Basket Items - To Buy Now" section of your basket, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
Sign In/Register
Enter your e-mail address and click the "Sign in" button. Oterwise click "Register" button if yor are a new customer. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide in register will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.)
Select Payment Method
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards via Paypal. All orders must be prepaid. Note: We do also accept cheques, bank transfer or cash in SGD. China customers are also welcome to use Alipay.
