The EntrePass is designed to allow foreign entrepreneurs relocating to Singapore to start and operate their new business. Unlike Employment Pass focus on individual's professional qualification. The EntrePass focus more on the potential of the business. Anyone may apply for an EntrePass if they are ready to setup their business in Singapore.

Eligibility
Anyone starting a new private limited company in Singapore also fulfills these requirements:

Company registered within 6 months

Holds at least 30% of shares of the company

Company have at least S$50,000 paid-up capital

Company not doing following business
Coffee shops, hawker centres, food courts, Bars, night clubs, karaoke lounges, Foot reflexology, massage parlours, Acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, herbal dispensing, employment agencies, geomancy

Business Plan
Applicant wish to apply EntrePass are required to write a business plan less than 10 pages in English to demonstrate the business objectives, goals and the viability in executing at least S$100,000 spending and hiring of at least two Singaporeans within one year period. Learn More
