Registered Address
Registered address can be used for registration of business or company and be printed on business cards, letterheads or any other official documents.
Mail Notification
When we receive your mails/parcels, we will notify you via email.
Online Account
Advanced cloud membership system putting you in real-time control of all your services. You can change personal details, manage mails received, manage call transfer, manage fax to email, review order history, etc.
Mail Self Collection
Mails/parcels will be kept for your collection and uncollected mails will be disposed off after 90 days. All mails/parcels are processed and to be collected during office hours.
Meeting Facilities
Our meeting room is available for booking at SGD20.00/hour during office hours and subject to availability. We reserved the right to allocate any available room for each booking. Booking should be done at least 1 day in advance.

Mail Scanning
Looking forward to an important mail from your client or wish to save another trip from self collection? With our mail scanning add on service, you can now sign in to our system to request for us to scan urgent and important mails to you. Mails content will be scan upon your request whereby you can view them online and decide if you would wish to forward it immediately to your preferred physical address, discard or keep for you to do self-collection.
Fax Line
Our shared or dedicated fax line using cloud technology allows you to receive fax directly with your email. Incoming fax to email service is free for members with dedicated fax line. Handling charge of SGD0.10/page is applicable for Shared Fax line and fax forwarding to email will be done only during office hours.
Dedicated Phone Line
Our dedicated phone line using cloud technology allows you to forward your call to any number of your choice.
Mail Forwarding
We will forward any postage mails, courier items or small parcels to your preferred registered address with us on every Tuesday. Mail forwarding to any Singapore address will be free for any standard size mails (based on Singapre Post standards). Additioal cost applies for any non-standrad size mails/parcels but you can choose to make a self collection.
